Hidurel® 5是一种析出硬化铜镍硅合金,具有高导电导热性,以及非常好的缺口延性和高机械强度。 通过高温退火形成一种软过饱和α相结构,随后通过低温时效硬化析出基体中精细散布的镍硅化物。 尽管强度高,但这种合金也能防止氢脆变。 这种合金在海洋和工业条件下具有出色的耐腐蚀性,并具有良好的抗摩擦和承载属性。 这种合金的磁导率不到1.001,基本无磁性。
Hidurel® 5出色的属性组合得益于对化学成分和热处理的细致控制。 拉伸性能非常均匀,几乎与截面厚度无关。 对这种合金的热处理还确保了高水准的尺寸稳定性。
由Langley Alloys定期供货的Hidurel® 5达到了DTD 498,BS 4577 A3/2型以及Rolls Royce MSRR 8501的机械和化学属性标准,因此可放心地指定用于高完整性零件。 DTD 504的冷加工材料也可按照订单供应。
