Alloy 825 HS110是一种添加了钼、铜和钛(NiCr21Mo)的镍铁铬合金,在热加工、退火和冷加工后供应。 受控冷加工可确保这种合金具有远高于退火产品的屈服强度,同时保持良好的延性和韧性。
它在从低温到中高温(5400C)的范围内均具有良好的机械属性,并可通过冷加工来显著提升强度。 较高的镍含量可确保耐应力腐蚀开裂,添加钼和铜可有效耐受诸如硫酸和磷酸等还原环境,添加铬可耐受诸如硝酸等氧化环境,添加钛可耐受晶间腐蚀,因此能全面耐点蚀和裂隙腐蚀。
